Scales & Whales
What a special and busy week we had as we got ready for Yom Kippur! We learned the story of Jonah and how he tried to hide from Hashem and ended up in the whale, and we even climbed inside a life-size cardboard whale of our own. Shana Tova
This week our classrooms were filled with the sweetness of Rosh Hashanah! The children learned that Rosh Hashanah is the birthday of the world. We decorated a birthday cake for the world, baked honey cake, explored the shofar, and made special Rosh Hashanah projects. New Beginnings

CGI Week 9
We can’t believe how fast the summer flew by. Week 9 marked our final week of camp with Baby Izzy and Mini Izzy. We explored a rainbow science experiment, with each class creating their own colorful creation. We also worked on a mural art project, baked granola bars, and enjoyed Animal Dress Up Day. We spent time with pom-pom sensory activities and continued to enjoy water play throughout the week. What a way to wrap up an amazing summer. We can't believe how fast it flew by!

CGI Week 8
Week 8 in Baby Izzy and Mini Izzy flew by as we soaked in the second-to-last week of camp! CGI Week 6
We had such a fun week in Baby Izzy and Mini Izzy as we wrapped up Session 2 together. From Monday through Thursday, we enjoyed daily water play, which was the perfect way to stay cool and have fun with friends. We had such a fun-filled week at Camp Gan Izzy! We kicked off the week by making slime and playing with different textures. This week in Mini Izzy was full of fun, creativity, and lots of hands-on exploring! We enjoyed water play Monday through Thursday, which was definitely a highlight of our week. Camp Gan Israel Week 1
It is so exciting to be back at camp and to kick off another fun summer together. This week, our Baby and Mini Izzy friends arrived at camp with all smiles. We loved splashing in the kiddie pools, sliding down slides, and pouring with the water table. We had so much fun getting creative with ice painting. Summer Sailing
We have been enjoying all things summer this week! We created beautiful ocean pictures using watercolors and salt, and had fun with ocean-themed water play as well as "slime oceans." We made lemonade and loved fixing ponytails and braids in our pretend hair salon. Ice Cream Days
Ice cream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! We made real vanilla ice cream in a bag and had so much fun. Little Cave Explorers
This week we went on a bear hunt! We stepped barefoot on grass, mud, snow, and water and into our cave! We spoke all about Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai learning Torah in a cave. There was religious persecution, so he took his son and learned Torah day and night in hiding. Hashem provided him with water from a stream to drink and a special carob tree to eat. Welcome Spring!
