This week was extra special as we gathered with our Nook 1 and 2 families for our Grateful for Generations celebrations!

Thank you to all the parents and grandparents who attended! We completed the finishing touches to our thanksgiving craft, dressed up, and sang our Thanksgiving songs!
We continued learning about Noah and explored all things rainbow. We mixed colors to create beautiful rainbows and experimented with vibrant Rainbow Lightning art.
We also began preparing for Thanksgiving. In dramatic play, the children set the tables and enjoyed a Thanksgiving feast. They used felt to weave placemats, playdough to create turkeys, and even baked real pumpkin muffins to add to the festivities.
Our artist of the week was Pablo Picasso, whose inspiring works guided the children as they used their own photos to create unique self-portraits.
In math, we practiced one-to-one correspondence using popsicle sticks.
Our letter of the week was F, which led to fun friendship activities, and our Hebrew letter was Vav, where our little scientists explored a volcano.
We also enjoyed Music with Morah Robin, Yoga with Ms. Ace, Animaly with Morah Nadav, and Playball with Coach Anthony.
As always, we loved ending our week with a schoolwide Shabbat party and challah baking!
