Camels & Cocoa

This week we learned all about Avraham and Sara’s son, Yitzchak.

It was so special to learn about how he found a wife. Eliezer, Avraham’s friend, went to the local well and met the kindest girl there, Rivka. She even gave water to all of his thirsty camels! We gave water to our camels too, just like she did many years ago.

Yitzchak gave Rivka jewelry, so we made our own jewelry as well!

We also enjoyed making our own hot cocoa this week.

We had a lovely time learning the letter L and the Hebrew letter Lamed. We used yellow yarn to lace the letter L, scooped and measured lentils, and used all things lavan (white) to place on the long line of the Lamed.

We also enjoyed Yoga with Ms. Ace, Playball with Coach Anthony, and Animaly with Nadav.

We ended off our amazing week with our Shabbat party and challah baking!
