It’s hard to believe that it’s the second to last week of school. It seems like just yesterday we were eating apples and honey and celebrating Rosh Hashana.
Time goes fast and watching your beautiful children grow daily is such a privilege. We spent this week getting ready for the end of the year by finishing our projects.
We have been creating beautiful self portraits on glass. We used acrylic paints on paper with a squeegee to create the backgrounds. We then used paint to highlight our facial features.
We also worked on our self portrait booklets compiling all the self portraits we created over the year into a booklet.
We reviewed all our letters in Hebrew and English. We practiced writing our names, tracing our faces, and reviewing our self portraits.
Jolene in the Nook celebrated her 2nd birthday!
We look forward to next week when we enjoy our final moments together and celebrate each class with a celebration.
