Lots of Matzah

We’ve had such a wonderful time celebrating our Model Seders with you this week.

We love singing the songs, going through each step, and rejoicing in the miracles Hashem performed for us.
We painted Kiddush cups, explored a Kiddush sensory bin, and had so much fun transferring grape juice using big turkey basters.
The children had a blast walking through our “splitting of the sea” outside in the yard and experimenting with trying to separate the sea using our cornstarch and water mixture.
We built pyramids with playdough and blocks, practiced washing our hands for Rachtza in honor of our letter of the week, R, and made our very own matzah using flour and water, which we baked in the oven.
We investigated all ten plagues and practiced counting to ten.
We also created beautiful art inspired by Yoram Raanan to resemble the Kotel. La Shana Haba Yerushalayim! Next year in Jerusalem!
Our letter of the week, T, was explored through our Handwriting Without Tears program using sticks. We loved ending our week with our Shabbat Party and challah baking.
