What a splashing good time we had learning about Noach’s Teiva!
We used wood and glue to decorate a huge Ark. We know that there were 3 levels on the Ark. Noah and his family lived on the top level, the animals lived on the second level and the trash was on the lowest level.
We spoke about different habitats that animals come from. We know the animals went on to the Teiva 2x2 in pairs. The kosher animals were 7 of each, males and female.
We spoke about the rain and the mabul (flood) and we know Hashem sent a rainbow as a promise to never send a flood again.
We used the primary colors of red, yellow, and blue to create secondary colors of orange, green, and purple.
We know the rain was coming so in class we made our very own rain sticks.
